• All Transfers and Tours are based on Seat-in-Coach basis with driver assistance only (no guide).

• Tipping US$5 per person per day

• SIC Airport transfer Services Hours: 0800-2100 hrs only.

• Waiting time for arrival pick-up service:-

• Airport transfer will only wait till one and half hour after to the given arrival flight time

• All transfer and tours service will be suspended during typhoon/ fog and bad weather

• Itinerary is subject to change due to local conditions.

• Full cancellation charge shall be applied for any cancellation made after booking finalization.

• Luggage allowance for all SIC airport transfer: 1 pc check in and 1 pc hand carry only. Otherwise, Private transfer is recommended.

• Pick up time for Hotel to Airport transfers is 3 hours prior to flight departure time, depending on local Hotel.

• Rate is subject to change and subject to availability.

• Rate is valid for Philippine Passport Holder only
Full Refund (100%) will be allowed in cases of Force Majeur.

Partial Refund (50%) will be allowed at least 30 days before the intended date of travel.

Technical Refund (25%) will be allowed during 4 to 20 days before the intended date of travel

No Refund (0%) will be done once the departure is 3 days before the departure.

All refunds will be transfered to their account with corresponding deductions from bank or online transactions.
